It makes me a better mother and wife if I move my body. When you are healthy you just feel better and part of being healthy is being active and exercise. The difference is amazing. If I haven't moved enough my body starts to hurt. I'm more tired and cranky too. I've made it part of my identity so now I have to because it's part of who I am. Like - "oh that's Jacque, she's a fit mom." And that has been key for me to stick with it.

Recently, I was in a serious funk.

Transformation Photos: Toxic or Inspiring?
When it comes to inspiring anyone to start, own, or continue a fitness journey, the notorious transformation photo is often used on social media.

AS SOMEONE WITH A TRANSFORMATION TO SHARE, I HAD TO WEIGH IN ON THE ISSUE.
How to Be the Best Mom? Think For Yourself

Maybe it bothered me because I deal with a lot of women that really want more for themselves and people in their life push back. I feel compelled to address my thoughts.
